Personalized Glow – Return & Refund Policy

At Personalized Glow, we specialize in customized glow products made just for you!
Because these items are personalized, all sales on customized products are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on customized items unless:

• The product is defective, or

• You received an incorrect item due to our error

If you experience either issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@personalizedglow.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

For non-customized products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
