At Personalized Glow, we work hard to get your glow products to you as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality customization.

Customized Products:
Please allow 2-4 business days for production before shipping. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time. -
Non-Customized Products:
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Note: Production times do not include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
🎯 Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
📦 Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
🌍 International Shipping:
At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping.
❗ Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider. If you experience issues, please contact the carrier directly. We're happy to assist where possible.
